In the event of discrepancies in quantities or product codes, wehkamp.nl reserves the right to cancel the arrangement. wehkamp.nl reserves the right to charge any supplier that fails to appear on the scheduled date. Should the supplier arrive more than an hour earlier or later than the scheduled delivery time, the LSC shall decide when unloading can take place. wehkamp.nl shall at no time be liable for waiting charges. In the unlikely event that there is no possibility of unloading on the same day, the supplier shall be informed by telephone and wehkamp.nl shall at no time be liable for any charges.
