Paragraph 2.3 describes the packaging demands of the ‘big tickets’. ‘Big tickets’ are items whose dimensions make them too large for the automated warehouse. E.g. vacuum cleaners or duvets.
The difference between ‘individual packages’ and ‘big ticket’ is the dimensions of the package as explained in the adjacent diagram.
