- Deliveries that have not been announced cannot be processed
- It is not permitted to add items/packets/pallets to shipments not mentioned on the relevant packing list
Quantity: If there is a shortage on the delivery, wehkamp shall report this within two working days (in the case of direct deliveries to wehkamp). In the event of a surplus delivery, the suppliers must collect the goods within five working days. Any delivery shortages shall be credited.
Quality of the packaging/delivery: Damaged products and products that do not meet the agreed requirements will not be accepted. Any expenses incurred shall at all times be for the account of the supplier.
