Upon arrival, the supplier or haulier shall report to the Arrivals Planning Department with the consignment note, ASN number (see paragraph 4.1) packing list and appointment confirmation. Arrivals Planning will allocate a loading bay.
Drivers must be escorted to the dock that has been allocated to them.
