This page contains the most up-to-date version of our Fashion Order Sheet format. We use this order sheet to announce articles in our systems and provide them with the right (relevant) information for our website and apps. Because the information needs for each article type can be different, the order sheet is split into different product groups.

For each new order, the supplier is expected to fill in the white columns as complete as possible and send it back to WRG’s purchasing team. Only when we receive this information correctly and completely can we create the items and generate a purchase order. For this reason, it is important to share this information in a timely manner.

The order sheet consists of several tabs:

• When opening the file, it is important to accept the macros and also save the file as Excel with macros. Otherwise the multiselect dropdowns won’t work:

• Activate content (pop-up)
• Edit content (pop-up)
• Make the file a trusted file (pop-up)
• If there are no pop-ups, look the file up in the folder it is in. Then right click on the file and select ‘Properties’. In the General tab look for ‘Security’ and check the box at ‘Unblock’.

• Gray columns do not need to be filled in by the supplier.
• Dropdown menus are used in the content sheets. Here one value can be entered from a dropdown list. For columns with ‘Multi’ in the attribute name, multiple values can be selected.
• Images in the order sheet, intended for imaging the article, please share in the form of a thumbnail.
• Please make sure Tab 1. Order is sent to your contact at WRG’s Buying & Sales department no later than 3 months before the confirmed delivery date of this order.
• Please make sure Tab 2. Content (NL or ENG) is sent to your contact at WRG’s Buying & Sales department no later than 1 month before the confirmed delivery date of this order.

WRG also works with Image Guidelines and rate card to ensure a consistent brand appearance on our product overview page. We ask the supplier to adhere to these guidelines for images shared with WRG. The guidelines and rate card can be found here.

As you know, we are dealing with increasing sustainability laws and regulations, such as the UPV textiles and regulations on sustainable claims. This entails that suppliers and vendors have to start providing more and more transparent information about the products and materials used. Therefore, we need additional information from our suppliers in the form of weights and material compositions. 

The Order Sheet has therefore added the 3 columns below:

1. Material composition in %.
2. Net weight of 1 item at size level. If the weight is not available at size level, record the average.
3. Customs code (HS code/customs code)
