During onboarding, it is determined whether the items meet the delivery conditions. If, after the two test shipments, the items do not meet the delivery conditions, an amount per processed item will be charged to the supplier. An overview of the rates is given below.

Terms and conditions
Based on the first shipment(s), it will be determined per supplier and/or per label whether VAS is applicable.
This involves determining the category, possible additional work and packaging material rate that may be applicable.
Based on this, the applicable rate is determined for a term of at least 6 months. The Supplier will be informed of the applicable rate.
Every year, the rates for Value Added Services are set by WRG with effect from 1 January.
WRG reserves the right to change a tariff in the interim.
* Charges for packaging materials (such as boxes, (bubble) film and clothes hangers) will be determined per item on the basis of the packaging material used
** Rates are valid from 1 January to 31 December subject to the conditions
VAS actions
Sort
If snakewise delivery is not possible or quality issues are identified, the shipment will be sorted
Folding and packing
If the packaging is not e-commerce ready, we will replace it with suitable packaging
Masking or removing prices
If an incorrect price is on an item we will reprice, mask or remove it
Removal of clothes hangers and/or detection labels
In case small goods items contain clothes hangers and/or security labels we will remove them
Repacking
If an item is sold as a set or promo pack, we will divide it from multipacks to singles or vice versa.
Equipe with (bubble) wrap
If the original packaging is not sufficiently protecting, we will add additional protection
Counting
If the shipment does not comply with administrative requirements especially if the digital booking is not correctly we will have to count the shipment
