- AI must be provided in Dutch and are enclosed in the packaging
- If an article consists of more than one package, the package containing the assembly instructions must be indicated.
Wehkamp will provide the following documents for Whkmp’s Own Products:
– Checklist
– Sample Instruction
– Template for instruction (divided in 4 options, depending on how many steps are preferred per page)
– Icons that can be used in the instructions (icons for i.e. fixingmaterial will not be provided by Wehkamp).
This instruction will also be uploaded online at every product page. New deliveries should all contain this format. In case you have any questions regarding the instruction format, please contact the quality department.
